ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT AT SCHEDULED TIME – NOT EARLY OR LATE
Reminders
- Reminders are sent 48 hours prior to the appointment.
- 24 hours prior to the appointment it’s considered confirmed
Cancelations
- 48-hour confirmed cancelations
- 48-24 hour cancelation is charged 50% cost of service
- Anything within 24 hours is the full cost of the service
Rescheduling
- Clients receive 1 free rescheduling/appointment
- Multiple rescheduling with the same appointment will be charged $10/reschedule
No shows & Lates
- No-shows are charged full price
- Showing up late will result in a shorter service time frame or possible cancelation of service (depending on my schedule) with full charge of service
- No show 1 time and the next appointment booked will need a 50% deposit
- If you consecutively arrive late (15 minutes) you may be removed from the client list without notice (3-strike rule)
- Arrive on time, not early and not late. My schedule is almost ALWAYS booked solid (often with no breaks)
Cell Phones
- Cell phones should be silenced and not in use if possible **especially lash clients**
This will help you relax more and enjoy your time to escape reality
Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates must be presented at the appointment
- Gift certificates are non-refundable
- The purchase of a gift card does not guarantee an appointment
- All appointments are subject to availability
Additional Services
- Any additional services must be booked prior to the appointment

- Prices are subject to change without notice
Lash Extension Policies
Retention/fills
- Must be no less than 30% or will be charged more (cost TBD)
- Fills are required every 2-3 weeks. Anything after 4 is an additional $50
- Foreign fills are up-charge of $15
MASCARA AND FALSE LASHES MUST NOT BE USED PERIOD.
Full Sets
- Full sets require a 50% deposit
- No eye makeup is to be worn to ANY lash appointment or results in LESS time lashing and more time cleaning
This can potentially lessen your lash retention time from glue adhering to makeup/dirt and not the natural lash
- No refunds on services
- Notify us within 72 hours of the appointment with any problem or concern and I will gladly fix it.
- If you arrive with eye makeup for a full set you will NOT qualify for a 72-hour guarantee
